Appointment Cancellation - No-Show - Rescheduling Policy

1.1. Cancellations Within 6 Hours

  • If you cancel within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment, 75% of the total ticket for your scheduled services will be charged.

  • If you reschedule during this time, only the $15 deposit will be charged.

1.2. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the total ticket for your scheduled services will be charged.

1.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Outside the 6-Hour Window

  • If you reschedule or cancel more than 6 hours before your scheduled appointment, no fees will be charged.

  • Deposits may be transferred or refunded according to the deposit policy.

1.4. Applicability of Policy

  • This policy applies to all appointments, regardless of how they are booked—online, via phone, in-store, or through third-party platforms.
