Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy For General Clients
Cancellations Within 3 Hours: If you cancel within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total ticket for your scheduled services.
Rescheduling to a Different Day: If you reschedule your appointment to a different day, the $15 deposit will be charged for the missed appointment, and a new $15 deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.
Same-Day Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment for a later time on the same day, your $15 deposit will transfer to the rescheduled appointment, and no additional deposit will be required.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the total ticket for your scheduled services will be charged.
Cancellations and Rescheduling Outside the 3-Hour Window: If you reschedule or cancel more than 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, no fees will be charged, and your deposit may be transferred or refunded according to the deposit policy.
Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy For Gent's Corner Club Members
Rescheduling Within 1 Hour: If a Club Member reschedules or cancels within 1 hour of their appointment, a $10 fee will be charged to their card on file.
First No-Show: For the first no-call/no-show, a $10 fee will be charged to the member's card on file.
Second No-Show: For the second no-call/no-show, the missed appointment will result in a deduction of services from the member’s available membership benefits.
Applicability of Policy: This policy applies to all appointments, regardless of how they were booked—online, via phone, in-store, or through a third-party platform.
