Appointment Cancellation - No-Show - Rescheduling Policy
1.1. Cancellations Within 6 Hours
If you cancel within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment, 75% of the total ticket for your scheduled services will be charged.
If you reschedule during this time, only the $15 deposit will be charged.
1.2. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the total ticket for your scheduled services will be charged.
1.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Outside the 6-Hour Window
If you reschedule or cancel more than 6 hours before your scheduled appointment, no fees will be charged.
Deposits may be transferred or refunded according to the deposit policy.
1.4. Applicability of Policy
This policy applies to all appointments, regardless of how they are booked—online, via phone, in-store, or through third-party platforms.
