Online Booking Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 01/01/2024

Welcome to The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves’ online booking platform. By using our online booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Policy

  • These terms apply to all bookings made via The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves website or any associated online platform.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves.

  • By booking online, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Appointment Scheduling

  • You may book appointments up to 15 days in advance.

  • A valid email address and phone number are required to receive confirmation and reminders.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

Reservation Deposit

  • A $15 reservation deposit is required for all appointments at The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves.

  • This deposit is not an extra charge. It will be credited toward your total bill at the time of checkout when you arrive for your appointment.

  • Gent's Corner Club Members are exempt from the deposit requirement unless the appointment is for a Friends and Family benefit booking.

  • Deposits are refundable only if cancellations are made in compliance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy For General Clients

  • Cancellations Within 3 Hours: If you cancel within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total ticket for your scheduled services.

  • Rescheduling to a Different Day: If you reschedule your appointment to a different day, the $15 deposit will be charged for the missed appointment, and a new $15 deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.

  • Same-Day Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment for a later time on the same day, your $15 deposit will transfer to the rescheduled appointment, and no additional deposit will be required.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the total ticket for your scheduled services will be charged.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling Outside the 3-Hour Window: If you reschedule or cancel more than 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, no fees will be charged, and your deposit may be transferred or refunded according to the deposit policy.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy For Gent's Corner Club Members

  • Rescheduling Within 1 Hour: If a Club Member cancels or rescheduled within 1 hour of their appointment, a $10 fee will be charged to their card on file.

  • First No-Show: For the first no-call/no-show, a $10 fee will be charged to the member's card on file.

  • Second No-Show: For the second no-call/no-show, the missed appointment will result in a deduction of services from the member’s available membership benefits.

  • Applicability of Policy: This policy applies to all appointments, regardless of how they were booked—online, via phone, in-store, or through a third-party platform.

Changes to Bookings

  • The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves reserves the right to adjust appointments due to staff availability or unforeseen delays.

  • We will make every effort to ensure that you are seen by the same barber you originally scheduled with. If that is not possible, we will arrange for another barber to accommodate you.

  • If we need to modify your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and cancellation fees will not apply to late arrivals.

  • We will make every effort to ensure you are seen by the same barber you originally booked with. If this is not possible, we will assign another available barber to assist you.

  • Please contact us immediately if you anticipate being late.

Client Conduct

  • We strive to maintain a welcoming and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or abusive language, may result in refusal of service.

Personal Information

  • Your personal data is used solely for managing bookings and improving our services, in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Liability

  • The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during your appointment.

  • We are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

Updates to Terms and Conditions

  • These terms may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to review them regularly.
