WHAT WE LOOK
FOR IN OUR FRONT-DESK RECEPTIONIST

💈 Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience & Scheduling: Greet clients warmly, manage appointment bookings, handle reschedules, and ensure seamless client flow.

  • Customer Service & Sales: Address inquiries, process transactions, and promote grooming products with knowledgeable recommendations.

  • Atmosphere & Team Support: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and coordinate with barbers to ensure timely, high-quality service.

💈 Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor aligned with a luxury brand.

  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in upscale or high-end industries.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and proficiency with scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.
