Membership Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership in The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves Membership Program ("Program"). By enrolling and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1. Membership is available to  individuals who have completed the registration process. 1.2. Employees, agents, and family members of The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves are eligible to participate. 1.3. Membership is non-transferable and non-assignable.

2. Membership Fee

2.1. The membership fee is, depending on the club member's choice, payable every 3rd of the month. 2.2. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 2.3. The membership fee will never change as long as the club member keeps membership current and in good payment stand, the membership fee may change if it gets canceled or suspended due non-payment.

3. Member Benefits

3.1. Members are entitled to the following benefits:

  • PLEASE REVISED YOUR BENEFITS IN YOUR SELECTED MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE. 3.2. Membership benefits may vary and are subject to change without notice. 3.3. Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise specified.

4. Membership Term and Renewal

4.1. Membership is valid for 30 days from the date of registration. 4.2. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel it at least 1 day before the renewal date. 4.3. Renewal fees will be charged to the payment method on file unless updated or canceled.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time by sending an email to memberships@gentscorner.net. 5.2. Memberships canceled before the end of a billing cycle will not receive a refund for the remaining period. 5.3. The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership at any time for violation of these Terms or for any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the company or other members.

6. Membership Holding Fee

6.1 Members may place their membership on a temporary hold for a fee, which will vary depending on their membership level and premium. 6.2. Active military club members are eligible for a reduced holding fee of $14 per month during the hold period. 6.3. Memberships may be placed on hold for a maximum of 12 consecutive months. After this period, the membership will automatically reactivate, and the standard membership fees will resume. 6.4. While the membership is on hold, members are not permitted to access any standard membership benefits. However, members will retain access to the "Family and Friends Discount" during this period. 6.5. Members wishing to reactivate their membership prior to the end of the hold period may do so by notifying The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves in advance via email at memberships@gentscorner.net standard membership fees will resume upon reactivation.6.6 The holding fee will be billed on the regular billing date, every third of the month, even while the membership is on hold. 6.7. If membership is canceled during the hold period due to no payment, all membership benefits, including the "Family and Friends Discount", will be terminated immediately.  HOLDING FEE AMOUNT IS DEPENDING ON MEMBERS LEVEL OF MEMBERSHIP, PLEASE ASK OUR TEAM MEMBERS FOR INFORMATION ON HOLDING FEE. 

7. Member Obligations

7.1. Members agree to provide accurate information during the registration process and to update their contact and payment details if they change. 7.2. Members must comply with all rules, guidelines, and policies related to the use of member benefits. 7.3. Misuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination of the membership without refund.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves will collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at www.gentscornercuts.com. 8.2. Members consent to the use of their personal information for purposes related to the administration of the Program.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. 9.2. Continued participation in the Program following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Liability Limitations

10.1. The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Program, except where required by law. 10.2. In no event will The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
