Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership in The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves Membership Program ("Program"). By enrolling and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1. Membership is available to individuals who have completed the registration process.
1.2. Employees, agents, and family members of The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves are eligible to participate.
1.3. Membership is non-transferable and non-assignable.

2. Membership Fee and Sign-Up Fee

2.1. The membership fee is, depending on the club member's choice, payable every 3rd of the month.
2.2. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2.3. The membership fee will never change as long as the club member keeps membership current and in good payment standing. The membership fee may change if it is canceled or suspended due to non-payment.
2.4. A $15 sign-up fee is required to join the Program. This fee grants you access to a curated experience of exclusive benefits, premium services, and exceptional savings as a member of The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves—offering a refined and exclusive membership experience.

3. Member Benefits

3.1. Members are entitled to the benefits listed in their selected membership package.
3.2. Membership benefits may vary and are subject to change without notice.
3.3. Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise specified.
3.4. Tier pricing is not applicable to Club Members. As part of the exclusive membership, all services provided to members are at the standard membership rates without tier-based adjustments.

4. Membership Term and Renewal

4.1. Membership is valid for 30 days from the date of registration.
4.2. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel it at least 1 day before the renewal date.
4.3. Renewal fees will be charged to the payment method on file unless updated or canceled.

5. Cancellation, Suspension, and Reactivation Fees

5.1. Memberships that enter a suspension status due to non-payment will incur a $25 late fee to reactivate.
5.2. Memberships in suspension status for 3 weeks will automatically be canceled.
5.3. Canceled memberships due to non-payment may be reactivated within 30 days for a $35 reactivation fee. During this 30-day window, members may restore their membership at the same premium rate they were paying before cancellation.
5.4. If a canceled membership is not reactivated within 30 days, the previous premium pricing will be forfeited. Members wishing to rejoin after this period will be required to enroll at the current membership pricing.

6. Membership Holding Fee

6.1. Members may place their membership on a temporary hold for a fee, which will vary depending on their membership level and premium.
6.2. Active military club members are eligible for a reduced holding fee of $19.99 per month during the hold period.
6.3. Memberships may be placed on hold for a maximum of 12 consecutive months. After this period, the membership will automatically reactivate, and the standard membership fees will resume.
6.4. While the membership is on hold, members are not permitted to access any standard membership benefits. However, members will retain access to the "Family and Friends Discount" during this period.
6.5. Members wishing to reactivate their membership prior to the end of the hold period may do so by notifying The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves in advance via email at memberships@gentscorner.net. Standard membership fees will resume upon reactivation.
6.6. The holding fee will be billed on the regular billing date, every 3rd of the month, even while the membership is on hold.
6.7. If membership is canceled during the hold period due to non-payment, all membership benefits, including the "Family and Friends Discount," will be terminated immediately.

7. Member Obligations

7.1. Members agree to provide accurate information during the registration process and to update their contact and payment details if they change.
7.2. Members must comply with all rules, guidelines, and policies related to the use of member benefits.
7.3. Misuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination of the membership without refund.

8. Appointment Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy

8.1. Rescheduling Within 1 Hour: If a Club Member reschedules or cancels within 1 hour of their appointment, a $10 fee will be charged to the card on file.
8.2. First No-Show: For the first no-call/no-show, a $10 fee will be charged to the member's card on file.
8.3. Second No-Show: For the second no-call/no-show, the missed appointment will result in a deduction of services from the member’s available membership benefits.
8.4. Applicability of Policy: This policy applies to all appointments, regardless of how they were booked—online, via phone, in-store, or through a third-party platform.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1. The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves will collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at www.gentscornercuts.com.
9.2. Members consent to the use of their personal information for purposes related to the administration of the Program.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.
10.2. Continued participation in the Program following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Liability Limitations

11.1. The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Program, except where required by law.
11.2. In no event will The Gent's Corner Haircuts & Shaves be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
